Online platform Hospitality Vouchers has launched in a bid to save the industry while lockdown is still in place. The platform was created by professionals in the industry and includes a vast number of options.
Inter-provincial travel remains banned under Alert Level 3. The Democratic Alliance (DA) is petitioning for provincial borders to reopen so that the tourism and hospitality sector can begin to rebuild. Until then, this platform is aiming to help save the hospitality industry.
It is essentially an e-commerce hospitality platform that allows people to pre-purchase a voucher for themselves, as a gift, or to contribute to a function like a wedding or other special occasions, according to Tourism Update.
Buyers can select a voucher for accommodations, getaways, restaurants, activities, spas, celebrations, occasions or a specific location. The vouchers can be bought for immediate or future use.
Furthermore, Hospitality Vouchers support the industry by not charging to list a product or service. To enquire about a free listing, contact [email protected].
