Swiss chocolate makers Lindt have opened the ‘Home Of Chocolate’, in Kilchberg, Zürich on September 13. This is the world’s largest chocolate museum.
Those who visit the museum will go on an interactive journey that shows the process of making Lindt’s world-renowned chocolate, called the ‘seven chocolate worlds’, according to Travel and Leisure. This includes the initial cultivation of cocoa beans all the way to the final and delicious end result. Visitors will learn about Lindt’s long and illustrious history and its famous predecessors.
The Home of Chocolate features a variety of attractions to keep visitors busy. This includes a tasty chocolate-making class at the Lindt Chocolateria, where guests can make their very own Lindt-inspired chocolate creation.
If a simple tasting is all you are looking for, the Praline Tasting Room will certainly satisfy your needs. You can also get a great insight into the Lindt production process via the dedicated research facility.

While these attractions offer more than enough reason to visit the museum, the centerpiece at the Home of Chocolate has to be the world record-breaking 9-meter-high chocolate fountain which greets guests as they enter the museum.
