The first international flight carrying leisure passengers since the instatement of lockdown in March 2020 has landed in Cape Town.
What made this landing even more remarkable is that the Emirates plane from Dubai was welcomed with a water salute, the first one given since Cape Town’s debilitating drought.
Take a look at the joyous moment signifying the commencement of international tourism for the Western Cape and South Africa.
