Apart from excellent Big 5 game viewing, daily game drives and walks, another unique feature is its photographic safaris – Mhondoro has an underground tunnel connecting the main lodge to a game viewing hide and waterhole which provides excellent photographic opportunities.
Mhondoro focuses on ‘wellness’ featuring heated swimming pools, small gyms, yoga pavilions, an infrared sauna and a dual spa treatment room. It offers wonderful light and healthy cuisine – not the standard game lodge buffet fare, with most of the fresh produce grown on site in their vegetable garden.
