Only one lodge at Polentswa Lodge in Botswana managed to survive the recent fire that raged through the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park.
At Polentswa Campsite, there was no fire damage to the A-frame camping structures and only minimal damage were caused to the shower and toilet facilities of the campsite that is closest to Nossob River. Currently, Polentswa is continuing to receive visitors.
