This recipe serves two.
Ingredients
- 6 large brown mushrooms
- 60 g feta, crumbled
- 10 sundried tomatoes, chopped finely
- Dried oregano
Cooking instructions
Combine the feta, sundried tomatoes and a pinch of oregano. Smear a bit of olive oil (or oil from the sundried tomatoes) on the top of each mushroom plus some of the feta/sundried tomato mixture. Place under a hot grill and cook until the feta starts turning golden (about five minutes).
Recipe tip
For a kick, add a pinch of dried chilli flakes to the feta and sundried tomato mixture.
