Dwain Riccardo is a qualified heavy machinery technician and has designed his own 6kg Industrial Drum Coffee Roaster, making him the perfect roast master. You will learn the fascinating stages of green bean processing, receive your own 1kg of coffee beans to roast and do a hands-on coffee tasting afterwards.
