Situated in Limpopo’s malaria-free Waterberg, Tintswalo at Lapalala Wilderness comprises seven luxury tented suites, each with a private plunge pool, plus a two-bedroom family suite. The lodge is off the grid, which offers guests a truly sustainable safari experience within the 44 500-hectre reserve.
The sheer expanse of the game-rich terrain offers seclusion and a multitude of wilderness experiences for the whole family,including daily game drives, guided bush walks, a children’s activity programme, excursions to Lapalala Wilderness School and Iron Age and rock-art sites. With 27 kilometres of pristine river frontage throughout the reserve, the Palala River provides an opportunity to fish the crystalline mountain waters or swim in the rapids.
