This recipe for baked chocolate-rum bananas serves 6.
You’ll need:
- 6 bananas
- 100 g dark chocolate
- Rum (optional)
Slice the unpeeled bananas lengthways but don’t cut through the skin on the other side. Stuff them with the chocolate and wrap each one in foil to look like a Christmas cracker. Place on the coals and leave for five to eight minutes. Open the foil and splash a glug of rum on each banana.
Tip:
Replace the rum with brandy or Amarula.
