This is so easy that it’s the only tiramisu recipe you will ever need!

Tiramisu Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 250 g mascarpone
- 1 cup double-thick cream
- ¼ cup icing sugar, sifted
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- ⅔ cup coffee-flavoured liqueur
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 ½ tbsp espresso coffee
- 12 boudoir (finger) biscuits
METHOD
Beat mascarpone, cream, icing sugar, vanilla and 2 tbsp of the liquor together in a bowl until soft peaks form.
Spoon mixture into 6 x 125ml sized tea cups. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Dust the tops of tiramisu cups with cocoa.
Combine remaining liqueur and espresso coffee in a jug. Pour into six shot glasses.
Serve tiramisu cups with boudoir biscuits and espresso for dipping.
Tip: Make the mascarpone filling the day before to save time.
