Vergelegen wine estate is now offering visitors the opportunity to witness all the behind-the-scenes action that goes into making a good bottle of wine.

Spectacular vineyard and mountain views.
Located in sunny Somerset West, the estate will be offering a guided wine safari drive through the vineyards until the end of March.

The gravity-fed hilltop cellar.
Guests can take in the spectacular mountain views and vineyard scenery, with a little bit of wine tasting in between, before going to the hilltop cellar.
Tour highlights include:
- Sauvignon blanc and cabernet sauvignon tastings
- Visiting the gravitational flow cellar.
- Discover the underground barrel vault.
The tour is weather dependent, and costs R450 per person, with a maximum of eight guests. No children under 12 years are allowed.
