The newest GoPro – HERO3+ Black Edition has just been announced. 20% smaller and lighter, longer battery life with improved image quality and powerful new features geared for versatility and convenience.
So what’s new?
SuperView is a new video mode for even better wide angle perspective and there’s an improved Auto Low Light mode for better low-light performance (the previous model didn’t capture image well in low-light so this is great news).
The new HERO3+ also claims a 30% longer battery life, which was one of the biggest criticisms of the older model (read the review of the GoPro HERO3 Black Edition here).
It’s 20% smaller and lighter making it even easier to stick on to everything and make a movie.
There has also been a 33% increase in image sharpness and upgraded audio performance capturing more subtle sounds complimented by advanced wind noise reduction
The recommended retail price of the new GoPro Hero3+ is R 6 000 and will be available early November.
