Pet owners will understand that the excitement of leaving for a holiday is somewhat tainted by the thought of being away from your fur child for an extended period of time. The forlorn look on your animal’s face when it spots your suitcase is heartbreaking. Pets understand that you are leaving but they don’t know when you’re coming back.
Here are some pets that have made a habit of travelling with their humans.
Ripley the husky and Ozzie the golden retriever
These two best friends go on all sorts of adventures with their environmental scientist human, Amber. Often found exploring the Pacific Northwest, this dynamic duo are avid adventurers and always seem up for a challenge.

Django the dachshund and Chloe the Parson Russell terrier
These two Rio de Janeiro based globetrotters look like the perfect furry travel partners. Having never spent a day without each other since they met, Django and Chloe are a package deal. The pup pair have visited many countries, including America, France and Barcelona. There is no doubt these two esteemed travellers have a wealth of traveller tips and tricks, in exchange for treats of course.

Henry and Baloo
The ultimate travelling pair and an unlikely duo, Henry and Baloo are completely inseparable. Henry has been hiking with his humans since he was a puppy and Baloo followed suit a short while after. Both Henry and Baloo are rescues and their bond appears obvious in their photos. The pair reside in Colorado and enjoy hiking, stand-up paddle boarding and camping.
