Known as the ‘ostrich capital of the world’, Oudtshoorn has, well, plenty of ostrich: but it also has absolutely stunning landscapes, nature, and an interesting past and present.
Below is a bit of the beauty I got to enjoy when I travelled there for a guide in our January 2016 issue.

I loved the colour and creativity of the stores and businesses in Bongolethu, like this cash store.
