The 2021 Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards finalists have been announced and there are some absolute gems, and quite a lot of impressive dance moves, from various entries.
This competition is arguably the world’s funniest photography competition and it aims to widen understanding and engagement with global conservation – for the preservation of biodiversity and the health and enrichment of everyone on Earth.
Some of the top images for 2021 include dancing kangaroos, a gang of three penguins, and two dancing bears.
Each photographer entered a total of up to 10 images – four portfolio entries, an additional six entries into the other categories, and two videos.

- The thinktank photo junior
- The amazing internet portfolio
- The underwater
- The video clip
The Affinity Photo People’s Choice Award is now open for those who want to see the full collection and be a part of the judging process.
For the first time in history, the 2021 finalists will be exhibited on 18 – 21 September at The Photography Show NEC in Birmingham, UK where the co-founder of Comedy Wildlife Photography, Tom Sullam will also be giving a talk on how it all started.
Voting lines close on October 12, so get voting and you might just win yourself an iPad.
