Previously, Airlink operated the Durban-Harare route six days a week, with no flights on Wednesdays. This gap will now be filled.
“We are going daily on the route in response to our customers’ positive reaction to the convenience and greater value of our direct service,” said Airlink CEO and MD Rodger Foster.
He emphasised that the daily flights would promote business, trade, tourism, and travel between the two cities, bolstering the economic competitiveness of the regions they support.

The Durban to Harare flights, coded 4Z 410, will depart at 10:30 AM and arrive in Harare at 12:40 PM. The return flights, coded 4Z 411, will leave Harare at 1:20 PM and land in Durban at 3:35 PM. These flights will be operated by Airlink’s Embraer ERJ140 airliners, which are 44-seat regional jets. Economy class passengers are entitled to a free checked-in baggage allowance of 20 kg and a 15 kg sporting equipment allowance. Onboard, passengers will be served a complimentary light meal and refreshments. All Airlink aircraft have either aisle or window seats.

The new flight schedule is designed to offer convenient connections with Airlink’s domestic and regional services and long-haul flights operated by its global airline partners.
