Airlink will recommence flights to the remote outpost in the South Atlantic, with flights scheduled to St Helena from 26 March 2022.
Airlink will fly between Johannesburg and St Helena fortnightly (every two weeks), as well as monthly inter-island flights with Ascension Island.
The island is known for its endemic bird and animal life, and Diana’s peak, but is perhaps best known as the site where Napoleon Bonaparte was exiled after his defeat at Waterloo in 1815.
Tickets between Johannesburg and St Helena are now on sale via the Airlink website here.
