British Airways has added a third flight to its Johannesburg to Mauritius schedule due to high demand.
Mauritius opened its borders to eight African countries – including South Africa – nearly two months ago. Flights have increased steadily ever since.

British Airways depart from OR Tambo International Airport and fly to Mauritius on Saturdays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, effective from 3 March 2022.
British Airways Sales and Marketing Executive, Brian Kitchin, anticipates that the demand for flights will continue to spike, and reach a peak during the March/April school holidays as well as Easter break.
