In the video, an unnamed Virgin Australia flight attendant carefully balances holding a mom’s baby with serving passengers.
The help was welcomed by the mom on board, who was afforded a few minutes to eat while her baby was in safe hands.

According to the mom, whose username is @asiazhang on TikTok, the flight attendant kindly offered to hold the mom’s baby while she ate for 5-10 minutes.
The grateful mom adds that she did not expect it nor ask the flight attendant for help, but the kind gesture made their day.
“What they mean when they want 20 years of experience at the age of 20,” she wrote.
In the comments of the video, the mom lauded Virgin Australia for their attentive cabin crew, and the kind flight attendant for holding her “pretty heavy” baby.
Many commenters praised the attendant for helping the mom, while others noted that some airlines do not allow attendants to pick up or hold babies due to safety concerns.
