The magic of Harry Potter has entranced us all at some point. It wouldn’t be far-fetched to guess that many of us would have loved to spend even just one night in the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardy after watching the movies or reading the books.
Home owner Loma Homes is bringing the story to life in their Wizard’s Way Villa vacation rental. Whats even more magical about it is that it’s a quick 30 minutes away from The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando, according to Insider.
Wizards Way is an 8-bedroom, 5-bath vacation home at Champions Gate. Each room is designed to represent a different aspect of the much-loved series and the entire property is decked out with book and movie references that fans will go mad for, such as foosball tables for quiddich and a table similar to the one in the Great Hall to dine at.
‘Step inside and find a sorting hat that’s ready to send you to your assigned house (bedroom), each meticulously designed to capture the houses and other themes from the movies,’ says Loma Homes on their website.
Room themes include Slytherin, Gyffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, Dumbledore’s office, the Hogwarts express on platform 9 3/4, the flying car stuck in the Womping Willow tree and more. The staircase, while it unfortunately doesn’t move like in the movie, is decorated with paintings and the seven Horcruxes are hidden around the house for you to find.
If you really want to immerse yourself into the life of the iconic Mr Potter, the property also comes with a tiny room under a staircase.
Currently, the vacation home is listed on Airbnb for about R5,147 per night.
