This has been in the planning for a while and finally we can announce that we’re hosting our very first travel blog conference in Cape Town on 5 November!
Every day I get emails from people wanting to start travel blogging. A lot of people are really keen to get into travel blogging but don’t know where to start. So, we came up with the idea of the travel blog conference to teach blogging newbies about everything from writing, photography, video, designing a blog, SEO (search engine optimisation), social media, and how to make money off your blog (probably the biggest challenge in blogging).
While there will be a lot of content aimed at blogging beginners, the conference will also be helpful for long-time bloggers who will definitely pick up some tips. I’m looking forward to learning about video, SEO and how to monetise a blog.
