Pearls Shore, a new beachfront development, is set to open in May next year.
As reported by Tourism Update, the project is set to include 44 luxury apartments and is aimed at enhancing Umhlanga’s residential and tourism offering.

The units will feature modern designs and spacious interiors. Moreover, the fully-furnished apartments will offer stunning views of the sea, the beachfront or Oceans Mall.

Pearls Shore will be managed by The Capital Hotels, Apartments & Resorts.
As a new development, it is expected to complement Umhlanga’s appeal as one of the county’s premier coastal destinations, adding to both its tourism and residential infrastructure.
