Spier Wine Farm, one of South Africa’s most iconic working wine farms, will open its completely transformed hotel in March 2025. Known for its award-winning wines and regenerative farming, Spier aims to offer guests an authentic, purpose-driven experience.

Based in the Cape Floral Kingdom, the reimagined hotel features rewilded gardens with 39 000 fynbos plants, an expansive wellness spa with a Cape Herbal Bath House, and 80 luxury rooms offering views of the Helderberg mountains. The property’s two new farm-to-table restaurants, three bars, and curated South African art collection enhance the experience.
Hotel guests enjoy exclusive access to immersive farm experiences and premium facilities, while sustainability remains central to Spier’s ethos through Fair Trade accreditation and community upliftment initiatives.
