The highly anticipated Woolworths X TRI is back this year, scheduled to take place on 3 December at the beautiful Paul Cluver Estate in Elgin, part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Conveniently close to Cape Town (Elgin is actually closer to the mother city than Franschhoek) this years instalment is promising to be exhilarating off-road triathlon and trail running experience for participants and spectators alike
WW X TRI is a premier off-road triathlon series that combines swimming, mountain biking, and trail running. With a focus on providing thrilling challenges in breathtaking natural settings, WW X TRI events attract athletes of all levels who are passionate about pushing their limits and embracing the spirit of adventure.
The Events
- X TRI FULL: 1 km swim, 27 km MTB ride, 10 km trail run
- X TRI Lite: 400 m swim, 12 km MTB ride, 5 km off-road run
- RUN 4 FUN: 10 km run
- RUN 4 FUN Lite: 5 km run
- WALK 4 GOOD: 3 km walk
