Johannesburg’s James Hall Museum of Transport will be hosting a curated outdoor vintage motor show for car enthusiasts, young and old, free of charge on Saturday, 28 May.

Gather the gang to go and see the museum’s impressive collection of vehicles, enjoy guided museum tours and go on a thrilling bus ride on the historic 1952 London Bus. A vintage craft market, live bands and DJs and food trucks will make for an exciting day out.
Visitors are encouraged to bring their blankets, cushions, and chairs for a picnic.

The James Hall is the most comprehensive land transport museum in South Africa. Their collection includes:
Animal-drawn vehicles
Bicycles and Motorcycles
Buses and Coaches
Motor Cars
Steam-driven vehicles
Trams and Trolley Buses
There are also electric cars, fire engines and other self-propelled vehicles. The bicycle display includes penny-farthings, a tandem and tricycles.
