However, guests at the club’s restaurant recently witnessed an unlikely crowd gather for a feast on the final green, in clear view from the establishment just meters away.

Three separate clips – shared by Lowveld Media, Skukuza Golf Club and golfer Andrew Rice – shared scenes of what became a meal with a spectacular view for guests dining at the establishment.

According to the posts, two lions had hunted and killed an impala on the final green, meters away from the restaurant.

Once the big cats had their fill, a crocodile and a pack of hyenas emerged to grab a bite from the buffet, too.

In the end, the proverbial plate was licked clean by Skukuza’s unlikely gang of predators.

“Dinner guests that clean up after themselves? A bargain we would say,” joked SA’s wildest golf course on Facebook.
