In the jungle, the unseen and unknown can be quite dangerous. Additionally, it is the survival strategy of many animals to make a good opportunity count.
In an interesting spectacle at the andBeyond Phinda Private Game Reserve, some wildebeest were unable to see 4 lionesses lying on the road right in front. As such, they kept walking towards them.

To their surprise, the 4 lionesses were not the only danger that existed. The perfect lion ambush was about to take place.

Before the wildebeest could take another step, the lioness who had broken away from her sisters came charging at them. She circled through the bush to flank the wildebeests. But, the catch wasn’t going to be as easy as initially anticipated.
